This course includes lifetime access to all training materials and ongoing mentorship, subject to availability and the ability of the mentor (Genius Soliu) to continue providing support.

However, in the unfortunate event of the mentor’s passing or permanent incapacitation, all mentorship obligations and any unfulfilled bonuses—such as free domain offers, free domain recommendations—will be considered automatically terminated. This is due to the natural limitation of life and capacity, and not due to negligence or abandonment of responsibility.

By participating in this program, you understand that mentorship is a personal engagement, and in the case of the mentor’s death, the contract ends with no liability passed on to any other party.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted under any of the following:

1. You have accessed over 20% of the course material. (Module 1-2)

2. You have received mentorship guidance, including chat consultations or WhatsApp voice notes. Even a single WhatsApp message exchange can be positioned as value delivered if it falls under mentorship or guidance.

3. You have been given free domain, domain recommendations, ebooks or exclusive links.

4. You joined with the sole intention of learning and requesting a refund after consuming the value.

5. You were given a discount to enroll. i.e You didn’t pay the full tuition fee. (In this case, you have just 24hrs from the time you enrolled, to request refund)
